Commitment and Engagement:

Clients must commit to the full duration of the 3-month program.

• Active participation is required, including:

  • Regular Attendance: Attend all scheduled coaching sessions and complete any assigned tasks.

  • Timely Completion: Complete all action items, assessments, and personal assignments by the deadlines provided.

  • Communication: Respond to feedback and coaching promptly, and communicate any challenges or issues that may affect progress.

  • Preparation: Come prepared for each session with completed assignments and questions related to your career goals.

• Clients who fail to meet these engagement requirements, including repeated absences or incomplete work, may be terminated from the program.

• Termination from the program due to non-compliance will result in the forfeiture of the Premium Resume Package and any remaining program fees.

Premium Resume Package:

• The Premium Resume Package is included in each career pathing program.

• The resume package will be provided only upon successful completion of the 3-month program.

• If the program is not completed, the resume package will not be issued.

Payment Terms:

• The full program must be purchased at the time of booking.

• Payment plans are available through Klarna, Affirm, or other pay-later options.

  • Month-to-Month Support:

    • Month-to-month support options are available upon approval by the owner.

    • For month-to-month support, an initial payment of 50% of the total program cost is required upfront. The remaining balance must be paid each month before continuing services.

No Refund Policy:

• All payments are non-refundable, regardless of the completion status of the program.​
